Your order takes between 10-14 days from being hand tied and dyed to shipping, we aim to get it to you ASAP.

This is due to being a one-person shop, I hand tie everything
individually, I hand dye everything individually and everything is washed individually. I’m a small business and don’t mass produce. Please be patient and bare with me, it will be worth the wait.

Dyed Naked purchases are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery, you will find your tracking code attached to your order.

If you cannot find it, please get in touch and I will send it to you.

I do not take responsibility for the wrong items being ordered although I understand that it sometimes happens!

Please pay close attention to your order before you hit pay.

Dyed Naked store is made to order, I allow a 12 hour window for size and 24 hours for colour changes (this will reset your order date so please do not
have a go for your mistake)

Design your own cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email dyednaked@gmail.com
subject ‘Return/Exchange, state your name and order details.

The customer (YOU) is responsible for all return/exchange shipping
charges. When doing the above include a note to state what you would like to exchange for.

If any items are faulty photographic evidence will be required before a decision will be made by Dyed Naked as to whether it is legible for a
refund/exchange.

I have attached a size chart to each listing to give you a good idea of
how big each size is. Chest measurements are shown with items lying flat measured pit to pit. Sizes are standard unisex, regular sizes for men and worn slightly baggier on women.
